Business hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Fridays. Business Development Manager

Tectonica has an exciting opportunity to present a range of Military off the Shelf solutions which are new to the Australian market.  If you are an energetic self-starter who is motivated to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, you will enjoy the dynamic, integrated team environment at Tectonica.

Working as part of a broadly skilled team of professionals, the Business Development Manager will:

  • Engage with Defence and Defence Industry stakeholders to identify market opportunities, to understand user needs and systems requirements and to prepare customer focused proposals.
  • Liaise and communicate with Tectonica’s partner organisations to present their products and capabilities to the broader market place.
  • Manage the allocated Business Development budget, develop business cases for investment and provide regular status reports.
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of corporate behaviour in all actions and business dealings.

The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in a technical or business discipline, a working knowledge of the technology of Defence Land Systems and heavy vehicles, experience in Project Management, Systems Engineering, ILS, Risk Management and Cost Estimating within an ASDEFCON Complex Defence Contracting environment and comprehensive personal networks in the Australian Defence Force, Defence Industry and the Defence Materiel Organisation.
